Directions:  Take the A283 Pulborough to Storrington, then B2139 towards Amberley. After 1½ miles take lane to left marked Kithurst Hill. Use car park at top of hill.

Habitat: Long 5 mile walk on firm chalk downland paths. Muddy if wet.

Attractions: Winter: yellowhammers, skylarks, corn buntings and grey partridges, plus a good variety of raptors.

Amenities: No facilities, carry lunch
